Orders are made through Paypal so be sure that your shipping address current.
SHIPPING
Turn around time is 3 weeks from the time of cleared payment. Each item is made to order so please be patient, I am working as fast as I can to get these moccs on your beautiful little's feet!
Insurance IS included in the shipping cost. I want to make sure that everyone gets their moccs! You will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment of your order.
We only ship to the US at this time.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You have 48 hours to cancel your order. After the allotted time, your moccasins are in the process of being cut or made.
EXCHANGES
I do not accept returns. I will gladly exchange your unworn moccasins in their original packaging as long are you are willing to pay shipping. Please contact Alee at [email protected] to inquire about an exchange or any questions/concerns.
